We have a house with lime plaster internally and a dulux vinyl matt undercoat has been put on.

Any paints that contain vinyl acrylic oils or plastics are not breathable and can trap moisture beneath the surface causing mould build up or even blowing the paint off entirely. Ideal for painting over contact matt as a finish coat or over existing coating.
